How it works
Step 1
Free 15-minute consult
A phone call to decide whether the program is right for you. No cost, no obligation.
Step 2
Hour-long intake
A short form beforehand, then a full hour with your provider — symptoms, history, sleep, stress, and habits. You leave with a plan.
Step 3
Ongoing follow-ups
Regular visits to review what’s working, address side effects, and adjust as you go.
What treatment may include
Moderation Medical will discuss current stressors, sleep, daily habits, and lifestyle changes. When medication is part of the plan, options may include antidepressants, anxiolytics, or sleep aids, selected based on your history and what you’ve tried before.
Cost and insurance
Moderation Medical provides virtual care to adults 18 and older located in Colorado. We are in network with many insurance companies — see the full list of plans we accept. For those seeking private pay, an intake appointment is $350, and a follow up appointment is $160. Initial phone consultations are free. Payment for any prescribed medication is separate from Moderation Medical, and will depend on your local/mail in pharmacy coverage.
