- Your drinking is affecting your sleep, mood, health, or relationships
- You want to reduce your drinking without committing to quitting entirely
- You’ve been through a treatment program before and are looking for something different
- You’re taking a medication that doesn’t mix well with alcohol
How it works
Step 1
Free 15-minute consult
A phone call to decide whether the program is right for you. No cost, no obligation.
Step 2
Hour-long intake
A short form beforehand, then a full hour with your provider — your relationship with alcohol, your health, and what’s gotten in the way. You leave with a plan.
Step 3
Ongoing follow-ups
Regular visits to review what’s working, address side effects, and adjust as you go.
What treatment may include
Moderation Medical will discuss your drinking patterns, triggers, sleep, and mental health, along with strategies for reducing or stopping. When medication is part of the plan, options may include naltrexone, Vivitrol, acamprosate, or disulfiram, selected based on your goals and medical history. Medications for co-occurring mental health concerns may also be prescribed when appropriate.
